Thomond Park is located approximately 2km from Limerick City Centre. On show day, there will be road closures in place, and a comprehensive traffic plan will be in operation. Ticket holders will be emailed information about how best to access/travel to Thomond Park.
The best way to get to the event is by using public transport, and coaches will be available to book in advance. Ticket holders will be emailed the Public Information Notice directly which will contain the relevant links to book their transport.
Shannon Airport is the closest airport to Limerick. Once in the city centre, please follow general transport advice.

No, please only bring the essentials and adhere to the bag size policy. Unattended bags in the vicinity will be removed and disposed of.

No. For Health and Safety reasons no camping chairs or folding seats of any sort will be permitted on site. This does not apply to wheelchairs or walkers.
No, umbrellas will not be permitted on the site – we recommend having a poncho on standby.

Yes, if you are accompanied by a parent/guardian who is over 25 years old.
All under 16s attending the event must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged 25 or above. Adult ticket holders must remain with under 16s and take full responsibility for them throughout the event. Strict age monitoring will be in place at all entrances. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any unaccompanied under 16’s without a refund.
No, the only people who require this are people under 16 years of age. You will, however require proof of age for entry without a parent/guardian.
No under 16 will be permitted in the Gold Circle or on the pitch. U16s must be either seated in the stands, or else standing in the terraces. If your tickets aren't age appropriate, please contact Ticketmaster via your MyAccount to enquire about availability of exchanges to a more suitable area.
For bar access, the only acceptable forms of ID are Passport, Garda Age Card, Driving Licence. If you are younger than 18 and are carrying ID to verify your age on entry, a full colour photocopy of your in-date passport may be accepted. Blurry or poor-quality copies will not be accepted.

Yes, there will be food and beverages available to buy. Please note: Alcohol will only be available to purchase for adults aged 18 and over, you will be required to provide photo ID for service.

There is no re-admission to this event – if you leave the site for any reason, you will not be allowed to return. Please be very careful to bring everything you need with you on the day.
Customers who have bought wheelchair accessible tickets will have space in the wheelchair accessible area.
Customers who have bought ambulant accessible tickets will be seated in a block close to lift access in the West stand. There will be approx. 10-15 steps required to reach these seats.
Unfortunately this won’t be possible. The wheelchair accessible area has a strict 1:1 policy (except where medically required) to ensure as many wheelchair customers as possible are able to attend.
Unfortunately this won’t be possible. All ambulant tickets are in allocated seating blocks, so you will only be able to sit with those people you have bought tickets with.
Yes, there will be accessible toilets close to the wheelchair accessible area.
There is very limited accessible parking available on event days. Priority is given to Accessible ticket holders. If you have purchased non-accessible tickets, and wish to apply for a cancellation space, please visit www.mcd.ie/contact-us for details on how to get in touch, and make sure to include your Ticketmaster AAR with your request. It is important to note that all parking must be booked in advance, and an event pass is required for access. A blue badge alone is not sufficient. Please make your parking request at least five days before the event, as it may not be possible to accommodate late requests.
